The process begins with selecting high-quality blocks known for their consistent color and minimal fissures. Using industrial diamond wire saws or block cutters, we slice the raw stone into slabs of your specified thickness (typically 2cm/¾" or 3cm/1¼").
2. Calibration & Surface Finishing
Slabs are processed through an automatic calibrator to achieve perfect thickness uniformity. They then enter polishing lines where diamond abrasive heads create the desired finish—often a smooth honed (matte) texture that showcases the stone's natural color without high reflection.
3. Precision Fabrication
Your custom dimensions are translated via CAD software to CNC-operated bridge saws equipped with diamond blades. These machines execute exact cuts for the tabletop and any additional components with flawless accuracy.
4. Edge Detailing & Profiling
Cut pieces move to CNC routers and profiling machines. Here, edges are shaped to your chosen profile—from simple eased edges to more detailed bevels, ogees, or bullnoses—ensuring consistency and clean lines on all sides.
5 Final Assembly & Treatment
Components are assembled using high-strength structural adhesives and supports. The piece receives final hand-polishing before multiple coats of penetrating sealer are applied. This sealant protects against stains while enhancing the stone's natural depth of color.
6 Rigorous Inspection & Secure Packaging
