- CNC Cutting & Shaping: A CNC bridge saw precisely cuts the slab to your dimensions.
- Edge Profiling: A profiling machine or hand-held router finishes edges to your chosen profile.
- Surface Finishing: For matte or textured finishes, we use honing machines or brushing tools.
- Quality Inspection: Each benchtop is inspected under bright light for cracks, chips, or color inconsistencies.
- Packaging & Shipping: Wrapped in protective foam, cardboard, and a wooden crate for safe transport worldwide.
