Stage 1: Primary Block Cutting & Slab Production
The journey begins with raw blocks of genuine marble. Using state-of-the-art diamond wire saws and block cutters, we precisely cut these massive blocks into slabs of the required thickness—typically 2cm or 3cm—while carefully preserving the integrity of the stone's natural veining patterns.
Stage 2: Calibrating & Leveling
Freshly cut slabs are processed through calibrating machinery. This critical step grinds the surface to achieve perfect uniformity in thickness across the entire slab, creating an absolutely flat and stable foundation essential for precision fabrication.
Stage 3: Applying the Signature Leathering Texture
Here, the marble acquires its unique tactile quality. Specialized leathering machines equipped with diamond-tipped brushes texturize the surface through controlled abrasion. Stage 4: Precision Fabrication & Cutting
