- Block Cutting into Slabs: Raw blocks are cut using gang saws or wire saws with water cooling for smooth, even slabs.
- Resin Reinforcement: A resin coating is applied and heat-treated to fill micro-fissures and enhance durability.
- Calibration & Grinding: Slabs are calibrated for uniform thickness and polished with diamond abrasive heads from coarse to fine grits.
- Tile Cutting: Polished slabs are cut into precise sizes using bridge saws or multi-blade machines.
- Edge Profiling: Edges are beveled or rounded for a professional finish and to prevent chipping.
- Inspection & Packaging: Each tile is inspected for color consistency and quality, then packed in protective cartons with foam corners.
