This project is a high-end stone application for the Conrad Singapore Orchard Hotel, a luxury five-star hotel located in Singapore. The project required premium natural marble with strict quality standards, precise fabrication, and detailed shop drawings to meet the hotel’s architectural and interior design requirements.
Apexstone was responsible for the supply and fabrication of marble products used in rooms of the hotel.

Color & Pattern: Beige background with white veining
Aran White marble was selected for its clean appearance, gentle veining, and elegant tone, making it suitable for luxury hotel interiors.
Stone Products Manufactured
For the Conrad Singapore Orchard Hotel project, Apexstone fabricated and supplied the following marble products:

- Mini Bar Top
- Luggage Rack Top
All products were manufactured according to approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Surface Finishing Details
The marble surface finishing was carefully selected to meet both design intent and functional requirements:
- Polished Finish:
Applied to all tops to enhance brightness, reflect lighting, and highlight the natural texture of Aran White marble.
Consistent gloss level and edge finishing were strictly controlled throughout production.
Client Drawings & Technical Requirements
The client provided architectural and interior design drawings in CAD and PDF formats, including:
- Unit plans and elevation drawings
- Stone thickness requirements
- Joint width and installation tolerance standards
Special attention was required to ensure uniform color selection for same room.
Our Shop Drawings & Production Design
Based on the client’s drawings, Apexstone prepared detailed shop drawings, including:
- Stone layout and cutting plans
- Panel sizing and numbering system
- Production drawings for custom-shaped pieces
All shop drawings were submitted to the client and consultants for review and approval prior to fabrication.
Production & Quality Control Process
Our production and quality control process included:
- Careful slab selection to ensure color consistency
- Precision cutting using CNC machinery
- Surface polishing and finishing
- Pre-production and pre-packing inspections
Each marble piece was inspected for size accuracy, surface quality, and overall appearance.
